Parent Council

Due to our small numbers, most of our parents currently sit on our Parent Council. Raasay Primary School Parent Council are very involved in the work of the school and are an intrinsic part of supporting all aspects of school life. Their support throughout the year is much valued and, particularly so, with all the hard work involved in our annual fundraising event.

The Parent Council support a variety of school activities throughout the year including our Christmas Show, transport, Sports Days and the weekly ongoing needs of the school as required.

  • National Parent Forum of Scotland – The NPFS was set up to give Parent Councils and Parents an opportunity to discuss and raise educational issues of mutual interest or concerns at a national level.
