Where severe weather is likely to cause school closure staff will notify parents direct by phone. Further information regarding school closure can be obtained by checking the phone line below:

Please note that in the event of severe weather disrupting the school day e.g. power cut – staff will inform parents or their emergency contact of this by phone. Staff will remain with pupils in the school until parents/emergency contacts arrive to collect their child.
It is the responsibility of parents or carers to decide if their child should attempt to travel to school by transport or on foot, in adverse weather conditions as the safety of pupils is paramount.
