Pupils of Raasay Primary School had identified that they would like to support their Local Fire Service by holding a Community Fundraising Walk with the proceeds going to the ‘Scottish Fire and Rescue Service Family Support Trust’. Members of the local community joined us for a walk round the ‘loop’ with a special stop off at the Fire Station where crew members very kindly gave the children a tour of their new Fire Appliance. Thank you to all who turned out and donated and to the local Fire Service for their support. The total raised was over £144.00 with more money still coming in! Thank you!
