Walk4Wildlife
On Friday 19th May the school took part in a unique event whereby hundreds of primary school around the UK took part in a sponsored walk in an attempt to create a new Guinness World Record for the most children walking at the same time in a sponsored event. Schools were able to choose which wildlife charity they would like to support and we chose the International Otter Survival Fund based in Broadford. We were very lucky that the sun shone for us and lots of friends and family turned out to support us and, as always, the Raasay Community were extremely generous in helping us to raise a fantastic total of £96.83.
