Remembrance Day
Pupils from Raasay Primary School learnt about the significance of the Poppy Day commemorations and attended the local War Memorial to lay a wreath in memory of all those lost during conflicts.

Guy Fawkes Bonfire
Last week pupils had been learning about the story of Guy Fawkes and the gunpowder plot and the week ended with a bonfire in the fire pit and toasted marshmallows!

Autobiographies
The writing focus this week was ‘Autobiographies’. Pupils brought in photographs from home to share with the class and wrote their own ‘Autobiography’. All enjoyed learning about their different families and their experiences growing up.
